Working at CONSTRO company, I can say that the supervisors are very pleasant and I get along with them well. The career opportunities in this company are excellent and achievable for anyone who puts in the effort. The team is also very pleasant, making the work go smoothly. I have worked in other companies where it is often difficult to communicate with people. However, I somehow feel more at ease when interacting with my colleagues here. Like any job, there are pros and cons, but I have never experienced psychological pressure while working here.
